A bar's menu shouldn't read like a list. Front Bar is a curated guide with the personality of the bar — or speakeasy — behind it. Guests don't squint at a PDF; they ask what they're in the mood for, what's familiar, what to try, and the menu answers in the bar's own voice. Closer to a bartender's recommendation than a printed list. We're opening with a small first group of bars this summer; if any of this rings true, I'd love to talk.
